Propeller shaft: 1.25 inch Aquamet stainless steel with external cutlass and mid-shaft pillow bearings
Maintenance: engine oil/oil filter & Racor fuel filter changed approximately every 100 hours; fuel canister changed approximately every 300 hours; engine zinc changed approximately every 100 hours; new raw water pump (2012), new fresh water pump (2013); new Arco 55 amp alternator (2012), new kill switch (2012), rebuilt fuel injectors (2012), numerous engine hoses replaced (2012), new Vetus 700 single lever throttle and shift cables (2012). To ensure fuel and fuel tank cleanliness, all fuel filtered upon entry into tank, fuel treatment additives used regularly, and Algae X fuel polishing system installed. Transmission fluid changed approximately every 200 hours. Reverso oil change pump installed and drain tubes added for transmission and coolant drains to make changes easier. New mixing elbow ( 2008). Heat exchanger removed, boiled and pressure tested in 2010 and treated with Rydlyme in 2013. Drip-less Gortex stuffing box material was installed in 2012. Cutlass and mid-shaft carrier bearings replaced in 2013.
